Reports are a high percentage of US evangelicals favor Donald Trump. I’m totally out of step. Clearly, I need some help. I reach out for insight.
My questions are around the word “noble” in the following passage:
The Book of Isaiah the Prophet, Chapter 32: Verse 8, NIV 1984
The noble man makes noble plans
And by noble deeds he stands.
Have you been able to observe consistent nobility in the words and deeds of President Donald Trump?
One big reason this matters to me is I have kids. Would you want to have a daughter or son who behaved like Donald Trump? The question is not rhetorical. I’d really like to know.
I’d also like to know if you think Donald Trump would make a good spouse? Son-in-law? Brother-in-law? Parent? Is their any family role in which you would like to have a connection to Donald Trump?
Would you like to have Donald Trump as a boss, employee, customer or supplier?
Would you have liked to be in the same class at elementary school with Donald Trump? I think some family member reported he was quite a school-yard bully. But maybe you have other sources. If so, please share. Otherwise, I draw on some words of wisdom from my grandmother:
As the twig is bent so grows the tree.

Noble and nobility are completely subjective terms. As a Christian you are obligated to believe in and fight for the sanctity of life for unborn children and the people that our country has waged war against under the misguided leadership of both Republicans and Democrats. It is noble to protect the unborn. It is noble to protect the lives of our precious soldiers. It is noble to protect Israel. It is noble to say what you’re going to do, and then do it, in spite of an overwhelmingly negative global press, including the French, Belgians and Swiss.
Trying to grasp your comment:
1.You say “noble” and “nobility” are completely subjective terms. So is this verse an error on the part of Isaiah?.
2. Still on the subject of “noble”, you go on to give 4 examples. Could you explain why these four things are “noble?”
3. Who are the “people that our country has waged war against?”
4. When you say the global press is “overwhelmingly negative” does that mean you consider their reporting biased against Donald Trump?
